Delete your account
The fastest way: in the App
Open Ask Qronos, go to settings, and tap Delete my account. This works on iPhone and Android.
Without the App: send a request
Use this form if you no longer have the App. Enter the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, enter the relay address. It ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com, and you can find it in your Apple Account settings under Sign in with Apple.
We may email that address to confirm the request comes from you before we delete anything.
What is deleted
- Your account, questions, readings and notification records are deleted within 90 days.
- Any unused Asks are forfeited.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase and credit-ledger records: for 5 years, to meet Singapore accounting and tax obligations. They contain no question or reading.
- Technical and security logs: up to 12 months from when they were recorded.
- De-identified material already in a training set no longer identifies you and cannot be extracted from it.
